Adventure Recreational Services (OARS) offers boat cleaning and permitting for access to the Cannonsville Reservoir, and all local New York City reservoirs. Permits can be produced within minutes for either day use or extended terms. Permits are FREE, and there is a nominal $15 fee for washing of canoes, kayaks, or sailboats. All boats which enter the reservoirs must be cleaned prior to use.

OARS of Hancock also offers canoe, kayak, and tube rentals for exploring the beautiful Upper Delaware River, and NYC Reservoirs.
